Grades: Pre 1st and Pre 2nd
Curriculum: 4 Weeks to Read (full program)

• Focus on building reading skills
• For students who need reading basics and are learning to read. This class will focus on phonics, sight word building, and basic reading skills.

Reading Power
9:00-10:00am
Grades: 2-3
Curriculum: Read Side by Side (must be reading at grade level to take this class)
• Fostering advanced reading skills and higher-level thinking
• Dive into deeper reading skills and accelerate reading growth. This class is designed for any student who would like to grow as a reader. Whether you love reading or are hesitant about reading, this class is for you. Students must be able to read independently.

Curriculum: Number Sense by Marilyn Burns
• Focus on building skills for the next grade level
• For students who need to continue building their math skills. This course will focus on math fluency, basic math skills, and solving story problems.

Mastering Math
10:15-11:15am
Grades: 2-3
Curriculum: Math Pentathlon
• Gain fluency in basic math skills
• The focus of this class will encourage students to build appropriate grade level mathematical reasoning skills. They will then utilize those skills to compete in a series of math pentathlon games.
